1. Independent Service Provider Status
Screen Pro TV Service Hub is an independent, third-party service center. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any specific television brand or manufacturer (including but not limited to Samsung, Sony, LG, Panasonic, etc.). Any brand names, logos, or trademarks used on this website are for identification purposes only. We provide out-of-warranty repair services as an independent entity.
2. Service Scope and Charges
Service Area: We provide doorstep television services exclusively across the Coimbatore region.
Service Fee: A standard visiting/service charge of 350 Rs is applicable for every doorstep visit. This fee covers the technician’s travel and initial diagnostic report.
Estimates: Final repair costs will be provided after the technician inspects the appliance. Work will only commence upon the customer’s approval of the estimate.
3. Warranty Terms
We stand behind our technical expertise with the following guarantees:
Service Warranty: We provide a 30-day warranty on the specific labor/service performed.
Spare Parts Warranty: All new spare parts installed by our technicians come with a 90-day warranty from the date of installation.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover issues resulting from physical damage, liquid spillage, power surges, or unauthorized repairs attempted by third parties after our service.
4. Use of AI Technology
We utilize Gemini AI technology to generate images on our website. These images are intended for customer identification purposes only (helping users identify specific TV parts, screen issues, or service types). While we strive for accuracy, these AI-generated images are illustrative and may not exactly match your specific television model.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide an accurate address within Coimbatore for doorstep service.
An adult (18+) must be present during the technician’s visit.
Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for our technicians.
6. Limitation of Liability
Screen Pro TV Service Hub and its owner, Kajendiran Subramani, shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
